You must arrive at our ticket office 30 minutes before the scheduled boarding time to collect your cruise ticket.
Boarding the ship is always 15 minutes before departure time, as there is a safety briefing (whales on board) before each departure.
Gaspé Bay Cruises assumes no responsibility for any inconvenience caused by delays, and customers will not be reimbursed in case of a delay. It is advisable to allow extra time for your travels, as from early June to mid-October, there may be roadwork, heavy traffic, and waiting times at the south entrance gate of Forillon National Park. We must adhere to our schedule and depart at the precise time indicated on the timetable.
