We recommend that you arrive at the dock 30 minutes before the scheduled boarding time.
Boarding the ship is always 15 minutes before departure time as there is an introduction (whales-safety on board) before each departure.
Croisières Baie de Gaspé assumes no responsibility for the inconvenience caused by delays and the customer will not be refunded in case of delay. It is good to allow more time than expected when you travel because from the beginning of June to mid-October; there may be road works, several holidaymakers on the road and a waiting time at the south entrance gatehouse of Forillon National Park. We must respect our schedules and let go of the moorings at the precise time of departure scheduled.
A service charge of $2.50 per ticket will be added to your order on each online purchase and $5 per ticket for telephone orders. Cruise service users are required to pay entrance fees to Forillon National Park.
